Website account information
Website registration sends your account name, email address and password securely to the website account service. Local demonstration accounts store a password hash, never a plain-text password. When game integration is enabled, credentials are sent to the native game service for authentication; the website stores a linked profile, not your game password. Email ownership is confirmed through a one-use verification link. Native session credentials stay in private server-side sessions. No account details are sent to the game while the connection is disabled. Use test details on the local preview.
Website hosting
The hosting provider may process connection information needed to deliver the website, such as an IP address and basic request details. The website does not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Essential session cookies keep you signed in and protect account forms. Login and recovery attempts are limited using temporary network-based counters.
External services
When client or Discord links are enabled, those external services will have their own privacy terms. The Discord buttons open our community invitation on discord.gg.
Before the real launch
Production operator details, contact channels, retention periods and account-rights procedures must be completed before public launch. RuneBorn 3 is in preparation. Donation payments are closed, and game account access opens only after the server connection is ready.
